PROMOTION ANNOUNCEMENT

DES MOINES, Iowa (January 12, 2021) – We are pleased to announce that Shamus Stephens and Jason Pitts have both been promoted to the position of President.

Shamus and Jason have been actively involved in the management of Skold Companies over the past several years. Effective immediately, Shamus will become the President of Skold Construction Services, Inc. and Skold Specialty Contracting, LLC. Jason Pitts will become the President of Skold Commercial Contracting, Inc. and Skold Door and Floor Company, Inc.

Steve Skold, owner, shall retain the position of Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of the Board while he and his wife, Sue, remain active in the companies for another eighteen months.  “After 29 years of starting and building these four companies that operate across the Midwest it is time for those that have contributed to that growth and success to take over more of the business-side of operations.  It will be a pleasure to assist in creating a smooth transition to new ownership down the line.” stated Skold.
