This project spanned several scopes of work for us – From caulking and grouting to concrete hardener to dock doors, levelers, sealers and bumpers to operable walls. We performed both the polyurethane caulk on the vertical precast joints as well as the structural grout on the precast panels. We also provided polyurea joint filler on all slab-on-grade control joints. The concrete hardener we applied provides a substantially denser concrete surface with enhanced durability. In addition to the densifying and hardening action, is also solidifies the concrete, eliminating dusting and pitting.
