Upon hand-grinding the concrete for a proper CSP profile and preparing the saw joints, Skold Commercial Contracting installed approximately 415 square feet of a 4-coat decorative flake flooring system, along with approximately 84 linear feet of 4” integral cove base. The system consisted of a 100% solids epoxy body coat with decorative flake broadcast to refusal, a second 100% solids epoxy body coat with decorative flake broadcast to refusal, a 100% solids epoxy lock coat and a urethane topcoat.
