We began by grinding the concrete to a Class B: Fine Aggregate exposure (Salt and Pepper). A black dye was applied to the concrete in the restaurant area to help define and separate the space. The concrete throughout both the convenience store and restaurant was hardened using Retroplate 99 then polished to a Level 3: Polished finish and sealed with Retroguard.
